he parable of the tares in Matthew 13 isn’t really asking, “Am I a weed?” It’s asking, “Who am I treating like one?” Jesus acknowledges evil, but He doesn’t tell us to start pulling people up. He tells us to trust God with the sorting and focus on growing faithfully ourselves.
