Hope in a Time of Evil Leadership

 

King David’s final days (1 Kings 1) were marked by weakness and political turmoil as a rival seized power. Yet God raised up the prophet Nathan to awaken the king, leading to one decisive act that restored order and ushered in a season of peace and prosperity. When evil appears to be winning, God still hears the cries of the vulnerable. So do not lose heart. Pray boldly, speak truth faithfully, and trust that God can still move leaders to action and accomplish His purposes.
